Melissa Norman

I connected with Pip and the Coburn Ventures community after spending the better part of 10 years working in the educational and financial services sectors with Pip's brother, Ted. Left my post in the Business Office of a NYC private school to spend more time immersed in the Coburn Ventures community. 

At Coburn Ventures, I work behind the scenes to support the business and the Community for Change. When not at work I can be found at one of many rinks, fields or courts with my daughter, Lily and son, Bryce. While not a native of Buffalo, where I now reside with my husband Tim and kids, I love the community here – especially the fitness community I’ve found.

Mission Statement: To show up at work each day to learn and grow within a community while having a blast doing it.
